
Tokyo Tatemono to Open ‘SEN/KA TOKYO by The Crest Collection’ in Late Fiscal 2029
Kasoku has opened the “Universal front villa Sanrriott,” a villa type with two adjacent buildings, designed and developed by the Sanyu Urban Development Group, in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, on April 8.
It can accommodate up to 12 guests, featuring three bedrooms with two double beds in each room. The building includes a bathroom with a sauna, a bath court, and a bathtub with an air blow function. The living-dining area, characterized by high ceilings and a Japanese-Western design, is equipped with original art, a 75-inch TV and speakers, a full kitchen, and a dining table for 10. There is direct access from the living and dining areas to a terrace counter. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a courtyard, a washing machine and dryer, a system kitchen, a workspace, and parking space for one vehicle.
Access is an 8-minute walk from Sakurajima Station.
