Tokyo Tatemono to Open ‘SEN/KA TOKYO by The Crest Collection’ in Late Fiscal 2029
St. Regis Hotel Osaka has reopened the brasserie “RÉGINE” on April 3.
The restaurant is a renewal of the French restaurant “Le D’or.” It features a menu that transforms traditional French cuisine with modern sensibilities, allowing diners to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients, accompanied by a diverse selection of wines and other drinks. Signature dishes include “Homemade Smoked Fuji No Suke Salmon with Fennel and Citrus,” “Red Prawn and Asparagus Feuilleté with Mousseline Sauce,” “Beef Cheek Stewed in Red Wine with Roasted Root Vegetables,” and “Fromage Blanc Mousse with Strawberry Coulis.”
The first-floor interior expresses iconic Parisian textiles with intricate details, while the second floor deepens the spatial depth with a blue-based color scheme. A new mural by Kansai-born artist Mio Yamato is presented on the central wall of the atrium from the first to the second floor.
Service hours are lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM (last order at 2 PM), and dinner from 5:30 PM to 10 PM (last order at 9 PM). Prices start at 4,600 yen for lunch and 8,500 yen for dinner, both inclusive of tax but excluding service charge.
