“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
Conrad Tokyo will host the “Chef’s Treat Hokkaido Lunch Buffet” from June 2 to August 29 on weekdays, and on July 21 and August 11.
Using fresh seafood and branded meat from Hokkaido, the buffet offers Mediterranean-style dishes, including Italian cuisine, prepared with a simple cooking method using olive oil and herbs.
The buffet’s main dishes include a grilled Hokkaido Menuke combined with sea urchin risotto, “Hokkaido Pork Cotoletta,” a Milanese specialty cutlet with tomato sauce, and “Shiretoko Chicken Scaloppine,” featuring odorless Shiretoko chicken breast in an Italian homemade style. Appetizers include “Hokkaido Tokisake Carpaccio with Lavender Sauce,” which is salmon marinated in steeped lavender, “Akkeshi Oysters and Whelks,” marinated and dressed with Italian smoked olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, and poured with basil sauce, among others. Desserts offer “Hokkaido Mascarpone Tiramisu,” featuring coffee sponge layered with Hokkaido mascarpone.
The location is the All-Day Dining “Cerise” on the 28th floor. The service is available for 120 minutes, from noon until 1:30 p.m. (last entry), with the last order taken 30 minutes before closing. The standard plan fee is 6,500 yen for adults, with a Conrad Bear included plan at 7,700 yen, including tax and service charges.
