
Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts to Open “The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha” in January 2026
ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya will hold a ‘Premium Buffet’ for one night only on June 21, offering seasonal ingredients and luxury ingredients from around the world.
The menu includes meat dishes such as “Thick-Cut Roast Beef Marinated with Kokonoe Mirin Moromi,” “Grilled Herb-Salted Japanese Whole Chicken with Truffle Risotto,” and “Hokkaido ‘Yume no Daichi’ Pork Belly,” and pâté, terrine, pickle selections such as “Pâté en Croûte of Boar, Japanese Deer, Duck, Lamb, and Foie Gras,” “Ise Sea Bream Wrapped in Kelp and Jumbo Shiitake Mushroom Terrine,” “New Zealand Aura King Salmon with Herbs,” fish dishes include “Butter-Sautéed Lobster with Fava Beans, Abalone Mushroom, and Tarragon Oil” served by the chef right in front of you. Additionally, there’s “Gourmet-Style Salad,” “Fruit Platter,” “Overflowing Hokkaido Salmon Roe and King Salmon Sushi,” “Truffle Baguette,” “Yellowfin Tuna and Beet Roulade,” “Grilled Cuttlefish with Yuzu and Shiso Flavor,” and more.
Desserts include “Freshly Squeezed Nishio Matcha Silk Mont Blanc,” “Mango and Coconut Verrine,” “Red Peach and Lychee Jelly,” “Pistachio and Raspberry Tart,” “Strawberry Shortcake,” “French Chestnut Tartlet,” and “Caramel Pudding,” among others. You can also create your own course from hors d’oeuvres, mains, and desserts to enjoy. Drinks include Chandon Brut and Chita Whiskey (plus ¥4,000).
The event will be held at the casual dining “Garden Court” on the 2nd floor. The buffet is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The price is ¥10,000 per adult, including tax and service charges.
