Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts to Open “The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha” in January 2026
Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi reopened after a full renovation on April 1.
In collaboration with 1→10, the first floor and the 18th-floor elevator hall were transformed into immersive digital art spaces. During the day, content featuring a “water surface with swimming goldfish” is projected, reflecting Osaka’s culture as the “City of Water.” This interactive feature showcases colorful goldfish that react to guests’ movements by transforming into flowers. During peak check-in hours, the content switches to a “starry sky” with stars streaming underfoot, guiding guests to the lobby. The first floor’s concept is “Affordance Entrance,” with eight small spotlight projectors installed. By coordinating these, a visual display of seasonal themes is created, guiding guests to the elevator with images of cherry blossoms in spring, goldfish in summer, autumn leaves in fall, and snowflakes in winter.
The lobby space on the top 18th floor has been expanded, with optimized sofa heights for better views. All guest rooms now have microwaves and freezers, and the number of twin rooms has been increased.
