ANA Introduces Shark Skin Film on 777F Cargo Aircraft for Fuel Efficiency and CO2 Reduction
Finnair will cancel some flights on June 4 due to a strike by the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU).
The strike will take place at Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport for a duration of 4 hours. Although it is not tied to specific hours, essential operations such as aircraft maintenance, ground services, and catering will be temporarily stopped. Consequently, about 110 flights will be canceled, affecting 11,000 booked passengers. Alternative flights will be provided, and notifications will be sent via email and app. Passengers are advised to carry essential items as carry-on baggage.
The strike was conducted five times in May and once in June, resulting in the cancellation of over 550 flights, with effects on routes to Japan as well. Another strike is expected on June 11, and rescheduling is already being accepted.
