ANA X will conduct the “Hokkaido One-Way Rental Car Free Campaign” through ANA Travelers from June 4 to October 31.
When renting a car at New Chitose Airport and returning it to another airport within Hokkaido, the one-way fee will be waived. This initiative, selected by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as part of the “Japan MaaS Promotion and Support Project,” aims to solve the issue of vehicle returns to New Chitose Airport.
The participating rental car companies are Nippon Rent-A-Car and Toyota Rent-A-Car. For Toyota Rent-A-Car, only the dynamic package is available, and returns are limited to Hakodate and Asahikawa airports.
The applicable rental period for Nippon Rent-A-Car is from June 6, and for Toyota Rent-A-Car from June 10, both until vehicle returns on October 31.
