Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel has begun selling four types of shaved ice from June 3.
In addition to the classic “Uji Matcha,” “Strawberry,” and “Mango Coconut,” the new “Royal Milk Tea” is now available. This features a homemade milk tea syrup with a fragrant finish using Assam tea leaves, combined with vanilla ice cream, topped with fresh cream and fiantine mixed with Assam tea. All syrups used are sweetened mildly, with ice cream or sauce as a flavor accent inside the shaved ice. Additional syrup is also provided separately.
The shaved ice is available at the Garden Lounge “Zabou” and the Garden Kitchen “Karumera.” Prices are 2,700 yen for “Strawberry” and “Royal Milk Tea,” and 2,900 yen for “Uji Matcha” and “Mango Coconut,” inclusive of tax and service charges.
