Keio Plaza Hotel will offer the “Luxurious Mango Shaved Ice Presented by Bartenders – With Two Types of Fluffy Espuma and Rum-Scented Syrup” from June 1 to September 30.
Several bartenders gathered to come up with a shaved ice that you would want to eat at the bar. The shaved ice is served with homemade mango syrup using non-alcoholic white wine as an ingredient, and yogurt and mango espuma with a hint of lemon juice as a secret ingredient. To provide a change in flavor halfway through, “caramel syrup with the scent of dark rum” is prepared. It features the sweet aroma and smooth texture characteristic of rum, completely transforming the tropical taste.
The location is the 3rd-floor Cocktail & Tea Lounge. Opening hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM, with last orders at 8:30 PM. Prices are 4,000 yen for a coffee or tea drink set and 2,900 yen for just the shaved ice. Both prices include tax and service charges.
