Jetstar Japan Reports a Net Profit of ¥507 Million for the Fiscal Year Ending June 2024
Jetstar Asia Airways has decided to cease operations as of July 31.
Currently, it operates 16 short-haul international routes based out of Singapore Changi International Airport. The business environment has become increasingly challenging due to rising supplier procurement costs, airport usage fees, and operating costs, along with an increase in seat availability and intensifying competition within Southeast Asia.
It is noted that Jetstar Airways in Australia and Jetstar Japan in Japan will not be affected by this decision.
