Kichijoji Excel Hotel Tokyu will offer a summer-limited “Summer Afternoon Tea of Love” featuring seasonal fruits and summer vegetables from June 2 to August 31.
The sweets menu includes delights such as acerola and coconut glass dessert, a tropical sweet layered with bittersweet chocolate sable, mango, and passionfruit mousse, and a maritozzo filled with peach compote. As for savories, options include caprese-style pinchos with peach and cream cheese, smoked salmon rolled with cucumber and served with grapefruit, and a scallop salad dressed with passionfruit sauce.
The tea selection includes seven different varieties sourced from the specialty tea shop “Tea Market Gclef,” which is headquartered in Kichijoji.
The venue is the lounge and dining “SORAE.” The service hours are from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, with the last order at 5 PM. On weekdays, only 15 servings are available per day, while weekends and holidays offer 20 servings. During weekday dinner hours, excluding Wednesdays, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, the last order is at 9 PM, with only 6 servings per day. Blackout dates include July 4, July 7, and from July 22 to August 29. The time limit for all days is 2 hours, and the price is 6,000 yen including tax and service charges.
