The Prince Park Tower Tokyo will offer the “Hokkaido Melon Afternoon Tea” from July 1 to August 31.
You can enjoy sweets and savories that abundantly incorporate ingredients from Hokkaido, such as melons shipped directly from Yamazaki Melon Farm in Furano City, Hokkaido, cheese from “NEEDS” cheese factory in Makubetsu Town, Hokkaido, rare varieties of Hokkaido-grown potatoes like “Inca no Mezame,” and corn.
Sweets on offer include a trifle with red and green-fleshed melons, a melon tart and melon cream puff made with Hokkaido milk and fresh cream, and a rare cheesecake using cream cheese from “NEEDS.” Savories include a rich corn soup, a quiche featuring “Inca no Mezame” and summer vegetables, and a caprese salad with Hokkaido fruit tomatoes and “NEEDS” mozzarella cheese.
The location is the first-floor lobby lounge. The time is from noon to 7 PM with the last entry at 4 PM. The price is 8,000 yen, tax included, service charge not included. A free-flow of drinks is available. Reservations are required by the day before.
