Scandinavian Airlines and WestJet Airlines will implement a code share on transatlantic routes.
A new interline agreement has been signed, and services such as through check-in and through baggage will begin on June 26. It will expand to a code share this summer.
In addition to the Copenhagen-Toronto route operated year-round by Scandinavian Airlines, routes connecting various parts of Scandinavia with major European cities such as London, Paris, and Amsterdam, and WestJet Airlines’ domestic Canadian routes will have mutually assigned flight numbers.
