Tokyo Station Hotel will offer “Melon Parfait” and “Melon Squash” at the first-floor lobby lounge.
The “Melon Parfait” features carefully layered ingredients to enjoy the change of rich and juicy melon flavors. The layered dessert, consisting of eight layers, uses both red and green melon flesh, alongside combinations of melon ice cream, sorbet, mascarpone cream, jelly, and chantilly.
The “Melon Squash” combines bubbly carbonated water with melon flesh shaped into small balls. Garnished with mint, it is crafted to look refreshing.
The “Melon Parfait” is available from July 1 to August 14. The “Melon Squash” is available from July 1 to October 17. The service hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, with the last order taken at 7:30 PM. The price for the “Melon Parfait” alone is 4,300 yen, or 6,100 yen when paired with coffee or tea. The “Melon Squash” alone is 2,400 yen, or it can be paired with the Melon Parfait for a total of 6,400 yen. Prices include tax and service charges.
