
Toyoko Inn to Sell ‘Local GENKI Badges’ from April 1
Nagasaki Marriott Hotel has revamped its afternoon tea and evening high tea theme to “Mango & Melon” and will offer it from July 1 to August 31.
The menu features six types of savory items: “Cucumber and Egg Crab Roll Sandwich,” “Smoked Salmon and Mango Quinoa Salad,” “Chicken and Summer Vegetable Tortilla Roll with Mango Chili Sauce,” “Tajima Prosciutto and Melon,” “Shrimp and Mango Pizza,” and “Wagyu Beef Roll BBQ Open Sandwich.” There are seven types of sweets: “Coconut Mousse and Tropical Fruits,” “Gateau Melon,” “Alphonso Mango Pudding,” “Melon-scented Financier,” “Caramel Mango Tart,” “Gyuhi Melon Cream,” and “Nagasaki Melon Sherbet.” Scones are available in two types: plain and salted lemon, served with mango passion jam and clotted cream.
The tea selection includes 10 types such as Ceylon Tea, Assam Tea, Darjeeling Tea, and Earl Grey. Unlimited sliced melon is included.
The location is at the bar lounge “THE AZURITE.” Afternoon tea serving time is from 1 PM on weekdays and from noon to 4 PM on weekends and holidays. Evening high tea is available from 6 PM to 8:30 PM. The price is 6,000 yen, with an optional wine and cocktail free-flow plan at 7,000 yen per person and a glass of Moët & Chandon champagne included plan at 8,000 yen per person. Prices include tax and service charges.
