Finnair will cancel some flights on July 7 due to a strike by the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU).
The strike will take place at Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport, affecting critical ground services related to operations. As a result, about 100 flights will be canceled, impacting approximately 7,200 passengers with reservations. Alternative flights will be provided to these passengers, who will be notified via email and app.
The strikes have occurred five times in May and three times in June. Seven instances are planned for July, including the 16th, 18th, 21st, and 23rd. The strikes after the 16th are expected to be minor.
