
Hotel New Otani Hosts ‘Detective Conan’ Collaboration Buffet
Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel will offer the “Parfait Peche – Peach Parfait” from July 14 to September 15.
The top of the glass is decorated with white peach compote, strawberry-flavored meringue, chocolate frills, and edible flowers, with rose-scented peach ice cream inside. The middle layer features fresh white peaches, ricotta cheese ice cream, and red currants, while the bottom layer is composed of mint jelly, peach jelly, panna cotta, ruby chocolate ganache, and homemade red peach sauce. Additionally, lychee and rose mousse, crumble, and genoise are layered in, providing a variety of textures and flavors.
The parfait will be available at the 2nd-floor lounge & bar “Marine Blue.” Service hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (last order) Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (same) on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before public holidays, and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (same) on Sundays and public holidays. The price is 2,900 yen for à la carte, and 3,700 yen with coffee or tea, all inclusive of tax and service charge.
