JAL Expands Airbus A350-1000 Deployment on Tokyo/Haneda to Paris Route to Daily Service from August 27

Japan Airlines (JAL) has revised its plan for deploying the Airbus A350-1000 on the Tokyo/Haneda to Paris/Charles de Gaulle route.

Initially, it started deploying the aircraft on alternate days from May 1, and operated daily from May 5 to June 30 due to aircraft rotation needs. Starting August 27, it will operate one round trip per day.

The Airbus A350-1000 serves as JAL’s new international flagship, succeeding the Boeing 777-300ER as the main aircraft for international routes. The cabin features a 239-seat configuration across four classes: 6 First Class seats in a “1-1-1” arrangement, 54 Business Class seats in a “1-2-1” arrangement, 24 Premium Economy seats in a “2-4-2” arrangement, and 155 Economy Class seats in a “3-3-3” arrangement. The First and Business Classes offer JAL’s first-ever private suites with doors. All classes include in-flight entertainment (IFE) with 4K resolution monitors, which can connect to wireless earphones via Bluetooth.
