Air France has begun operating aircraft equipped with the new first class “La Première” on the Paris/Charles de Gaulle to Singapore route starting from July 15.
This marks the second city integration following New York/John F. Kennedy, which began in April. During the summer schedule, operations are planned for Los Angeles, and for Tokyo/Haneda during the winter schedule.
The seats, which convert into full-sized beds and lounges, are adjustable for take-off, landing, dining, and relaxation modes, becoming a bed that is 2 meters long and 75 centimeters wide. With embossed leather headrests featuring a seahorse emblem and ergonomic padding, optimal comfort is achieved. There are four suites available, each occupying approximately 4.5 square meters, 25% larger than conventional sizes, and containing five windows. Manufactured by Stelia Aerospace.
Each suite is enclosed by thick curtains extending from floor to ceiling, ensuring complete privacy. Central seats have an electrically operated sliding partition. Two 4K monitors are provided, each 32 inches in size, with Bluetooth connectivity. It also supports AC power, USB-A, USB-C power, and wireless charging.
The cabin design features a harmonious grey color scheme with leather trim finishes and specially crafted fabrics. Overhead luggage compartments are replaced with floor storage, accommodating up to two carry-on suitcases in sliding drawers, along with provisions for footwear and a wardrobe.
Additionally, the aircraft houses 60 business class seats, 44 premium economy seats, and 204 economy class seats.
