Park Hyatt Kyoto will offer a refreshing summer limited afternoon tea and dessert menu that lavishly employs seasonal ingredients available from July 1 to August 31.
In the “Summer Afternoon Tea”, a five-course setup will be provided featuring savory dishes made with Kyoto’s traditional vegetable Kamo eggplant, seasonal corn, and beautifully assorted sweets delivered on a mirrored stand showcasing intricate detailing to offer visual coolness. This course begins with a tea mojito, followed by four types of assorted savories, Kamo eggplant croquettes with ginger and fruit tomato, white peach and Earl Grey granité, five types of sweets, and concluding with a blueberry soufflé. The serving time is from noon to 5 PM. The price is 6,600 yen.
For desserts, they offer options like the “White Peach Parfait” using a whole seasonal white peach (4,680 yen) and the “Mango Pudding” with rich flavors and a vibrant visual (3,670 yen). The serving time is from noon to 7 PM.
All items are served in “The Living Room” on the first floor, with tax and service charge not included.
