
InterContinental Hotel Osaka Offers Summer Sweets Featuring Seasonal Peaches and Melons
Shin Furano Prince Hotel will host the “Hokkaido Autumn Delicacies Dinner Buffet” from September 13 to 23.
The theme is “local production for local consumption,” featuring dishes crafted by the head chefs of Western, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines, incorporating seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. Sample menu items include “Takikomi Gohan with Pacific Saury,” “Spicy Powder Stir-fried Pumpkin and Shrimp,” “Simmered Pumpkin with Minced Chicken Sauce,” “Apple Pie,” and “Roasted Pumpkin and Potatoes.” The live kitchen will offer dishes such as “Teppanyaki of Furano Pumpkin and Shiretoko Chicken Thighs” and “Freshly Squeezed Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc.”
The event will be held at the main banquet hall. Service hours are from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with the last order at 8:30 PM. Prices are 8,000 yen for adults and 5,600 yen for elementary school students, all inclusive.
