
Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay Offers “Melon Splash Sweets Buffet – Second Edition with Mango”
Hilton Tokyo will offer three types of small-sized takeout parfaits made with seasonal fruits such as red-fleshed melon, Shine Muscat grapes, and Okayama white peaches from July 26 to August 31.
“Muscat & Melon” features a layer of white chocolate mousse with amaretto liqueur, orange confiture, almond-flavored biscuit joconde, and red-fleshed melon mousse and jelly, topped with Shine Muscat grapes and red-fleshed melon. “Peach & Marron” is based on Lotus biscuit crumble, layered with chestnut cream, peach compote, and caramel Chantilly, topped with Okayama white peach and vanilla Chantilly. “Mikan & Berry” layers berry-flavored and vanilla Italian-style panna cotta, topped with mikan, berries, and edible flowers.
The location is the first-floor “Chocolat Boutique”. Available from 9 AM to 7 PM. Each parfait is priced at 780 yen (tax included).
