Hilton Tokyo to Offer 3 Types of Mini Takeout Parfaits
The Westin Sendai will be offering an accommodation plan with an evening high tea featuring beef tongue and locally sourced ingredients from August 4 to 17.
The main dish is a plate featuring a combination of grilled A5-grade Sendai beef rump and beef tongue, enjoyed with pickled Chinese cabbage and a miso chili sauce. The tea stand’s hors d’oeuvres include six local specialties and ingredients arranged creatively, such as a fragrant truffle mini-burger with Miyagi Prefecture black Wagyu beef pate, fish & chips-inspired sasa kamaboko and rose seaweed fritters, lemon-marinated Miyagi Prefecture sea squirt, and simmered Sendai wheat gluten with a spicy ratatouille of summer vegetables. For dessert, they offer a plate of pudding a la mode accompanied by zunda mochi. Drinks include an original mocktail, coffee, and tea, offered in a free-flow style.
Guests can choose from four types of rooms, such as Superior and Premier rooms. Accommodation rates start at 29,425 yen per person when two people share a room (including breakfast, tax, and service charge). Evening high tea only is available for 6,050 yen, with an additional fee of 2,000 yen for an alcohol free-flow option. Reservations are required at least three days in advance.
