Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental is offering the semi-lunch buffet “Summer Vivace” from July 10 to September 10.
In addition to the main dishes, which can be chosen from 7 different options, 16 appetizers and 11 desserts are available in a buffet style. The main dishes, made with seasonal ingredients, include Mie Prefecture’s Nagomi Risotto, Rigatoni Pasta, Grilled Octopus and Mashed Potatoes, Red Pepper Brandade Farce, Sicilian-style Seafood Couscous, Duck Breast Roti (additional 2,200 yen), and Grilled Wagyu Filet (additional 3,300 yen). Appetizers include Peach Carpaccio, Baby Shrimp, Red Cabbage & Blueberry Salad, Roast Beef, Soy Sauce Marinated Chicken, and Parma Ham & Finocchiona. Desserts featuring summer fruits include Peach & Oolong Tea Panna Cotta, Champagne Mint Jelly & Melon, Pineapple Rile Tart, Mango Coconut Mousse, and Peach & Raspberry Pie.
Location: 26th Floor Italian Grill “Melodia.” The service is available for 2 hours from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Prices start from 7,480 yen for adults, 3,740 yen for elementary school children, and free for preschool children. Tax and service charges are not included.
