
JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo to Open on October 2
Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Gion opened the restaurant ‘Nokabansai Manten Hakata Gion’ on July 30.
The live kitchen offers Hakata Ikkousha supervised pork bone ramen, Kyushu brand pork shabu-shabu, and sushi made with fish sourced from Nagahama Market. The dishes are prepared using ingredients from Fukuoka and Kyushu, including gama-ni, mentaiko France (bread), nira-tama, grilled seasonal fish, chicken tempura, Kyushu brand rice, Itoshima vegetables, and locally sourced vegetable salads. Handmade obanzai features over five dishes such as lotus root kinpira, seasonal fish nanbanzuke, Dutch-style simmered dishes, and local chilled tofu.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, happy hour from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Breakfast pricing is 2,600 yen for staying guests, 1,800 yen for ages 6 to 13, 3,000 yen for non-guests, and free for under 6 years old. Prices are before tax.
