The group plans to hire over 17,300 people across 350 job categories, including cabin crew, pilots, engineers, customer service, ground handling, human resources, and finance at Emirates Airlines, as well as cargo, catering, and ground handling at dnata.
More than 2,100 recruitment-related events will be held throughout the year in 150 cities, along with events for students in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The group currently has 121,000 employees and has recruited 41,000 people since 2022. There were 3.7 million applications for the fiscal year 2024. Tax-free salaries and various benefits are particularly popular.
