
Sapporo/Chitose to Wakkanai ANA Flight, Possible Runway Vehicle Incursion at Landing Recognized as Serious Incident
Skymark will implement changes in its flight schedule with the upcoming summer schedule starting on October 26, increasing flights on 3 routes and decreasing on 5 routes.
Flights between Tokyo/Haneda and Fukuoka and between Nagoya/Chubu and Okinawa/Naha will be increased by 1 round trip per day. The Ibaraki-Fukuoka route will see an increase of up to 1 round trip per day. Meanwhile, flights between Tokyo/Haneda and Nagoya/Chubu and Sapporo/Chitose will be reduced by 1 round trip per day. Additionally, the Kobe-Okinawa/Naha and Fukuoka-Shimojishima routes will see a reduction of up to 1 round trip per day.
The “Ima-toku” fare for the Tokyo/Haneda to Fukuoka route will be reduced, starting at 8,400 yen one-way. A Kobe transit fare will be set for the Sendai-Okinawa/Naha route. The special fare for those under 25 will remain available.
As a result, a maximum of 78 round trips, totaling 156 flights, will be operated daily during the winter schedule period. Ticket sales will begin at 7 a.m. on August 26.
