Trip.com has changed the benefits for each membership stage starting August 1.
The number of additional Trip Coins awarded has been partially changed and increased to 20% for Gold, 50% for Platinum, 100% for Diamond, 150% for Diamond Plus, and 200% for Black Diamond members.
The basic award rate by reservation type, such as air tickets and hotels, has decreased. For hotel reservations, it changes from 80 Trip Coins per 100 USD to 50 Trip Coins, and for air tickets from 25 Trip Coins to 20 Trip Coins. Additionally, the no refund fee benefit for train tickets will only be available to Diamond members and above, and the number of times is halved for everyone except Black Diamond members. Furthermore, trains in Asia, including Hong Kong, mainland China, and Korea, are excluded from this benefit.
