Finnair will strengthen its Southern Europe network in the Summer 2026 schedule.
Newly, it will open the Helsinki–Florence route twice weekly on Thursdays and Sundays from April 2 to October 18; the Helsinki–Catania route three times weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays from March 31 to October 24; and the Helsinki–Valencia route twice weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays from April 11 to October 24.
In addition, the Helsinki–Kos service will be switched from a charter to a scheduled service, operating twice weekly on Fridays and Saturdays from May 2 to October 25.
Italy, Spain, and Greece are said to be popular summer destinations. Finnair also serves Italy (Rome, Milan, Naples, Venice, Verona, Bologna), Spain (Madrid, Malaga, Alicante, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote), and Greece (Chania, Heraklion, Rhodes, Santorini).
