QantasLink will launch a route connecting Perth with Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands on November 3.
The service will operate as part of a five-year partnership with the Australian Government, covering both passenger and cargo services.
The airline will operate two round trips per week on Mondays and Fridays, using Airbus A319 or Airbus A320 aircraft.
Christmas Island, 63% of which is designated as a national park, is famous for its red crab migration. The Cocos (Keeling) Islands consist of 27 coral islands forming two atolls.
