T’way Air announced it will rebrand as Trinity Airways.
It derives from the Latin “Trinitas,” meaning “three come together as one to achieve completeness.” The rebrand will be implemented in phases starting in the first half of 2026.
Daemyung Sono Group had acquired management control of T’way Air. While the group had also invested in Air Premia, it has reportedly sold that stake to Tire Bank.
In addition, T’way Air and Air Premia have already announced that they have signed an interline agreement and will cooperate on international sales.
