Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower: Late-Night Parfait and Cocktails Inspired by Obara Shikizakura (Sep 12–Nov 30)
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba (Tokyo, Japan) will hold its autumn buffet, “Bountiful Autumn & Shine Muscat Sweets Fair,” from September 1 through November 16.
The menu features dishes made with seasonal ingredients such as salmon, Pacific saury, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes, including grilled autumn salmon cooked in magnolia leaves with a hint of yuzu; oven-baked Pacific saury alla pizzaiola with tomato and zucchini; and jumbo nameko mushrooms cooked in Cartafata wrap. There are also healthy salads using the superfood sorghum, and a dak-galbi–inspired bacon and kimchi pizza. At the live station, enjoy sea bass finished with scallion oil and Hong Kong–style soy sauce, porchetta-style roast beef, and a salmon and French caviar rice bowl (donburi).
Desserts include tarts, shortcake, and terrine made with Shine Muscat grapes delivered directly from Yamanashi Prefecture, pear mousse, pumpkin pudding, and a tasting of three Mont Blanc varieties (chestnut, sweet potato, and purple sweet potato).
