Korean Air has added an Incheon International Airport guide feature to its app.
Leveraging the Incheon International Airport Corporation’s open API, the app provides real-time information on congestion at check-in counters, security checkpoints, immigration, parking lots, and lounges. It also shows an estimated time from arrival at the airport to the boarding gate. Korean Air bookings sync automatically, and when using other airlines you can manually enter flight information.
Additionally, as a proprietary feature, it includes a Pickup Request service that allows users to easily share their estimated arrival time and arrival exit information via SMS or messaging apps.
