Japan-based low-cost carrier ZIPAIR Tokyo now supports using vouchers issued upon refunds on its website.
Vouchers are issued by email when customers who purchased the Flexbiz service package cancel their booking. The refund amount varies depending on the cancellation date: the full amount up to 30 days before departure, and 80% up to 7 days before departure. A fee equal to 3% of the voucher issuance amount applies. Vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
On the website, you can use a voucher by entering the voucher code and PIN on the payment page. Vouchers can be combined with credit cards and ZIPAIR Points.
