Japan Airlines (JAL) and JR Hokkaido will run the East & North Hokkaido Campaign in Hokkaido, Japan, from November 1 through March 31, 2026.
They will introduce a new pass exclusively for travel packages, the JALCP East Hokkaido Area Pass, which offers unlimited rides on limited express and local (including Rapid) trains in the eastern Hokkaido area connecting Obihiro, Kushiro, and Abashiri. It is valid for 2 or 3 days.
The existing JALCP East & North Hokkaido Pass will continue to be sold, allowing unlimited rides on limited express and local trains within a wide free area for extensive travel around Hokkaido. Validity options are 2, 3, 4, or 5 days, and both passes are available exclusively to users of the JAL Dynamic Package. Exchange locations are Obihiro Station, Kushiro Station, and Abashiri Station.
