DragonPass will offer perks for mobile subscribers of telecommunications operators across the Asia-Pacific region, following a strategic partnership with WanderJoy.
WanderJoy is an alliance of the eight “Travel Alliance” member operators—Singtel, AIS, Taiwan Mobile, GOMO Philippines, KDDI (Japan), Telkomsel, Optus, and HKT—providing roaming and connectivity to more than 350 million travelers in the region. In Japan, KDDI offers the service for users of “au海外放題” (au Overseas Unlimited). Users can access a dedicated page via an in-app banner in the “au海外放題” app to use the service.
DragonPass began by providing airport lounge access and benefits for credit card members, and now partners with digital banks, insurance companies, online travel agencies (OTAs), airlines, and major Chinese telecom operators. It supports travelers with planning and booking for airport transfers, lounge access, dining, and entertainment.
