Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Club will revise the annual fees for Diners Club cards in Japan, effective for direct-debit billings on and after April 10, 2026.
After the revision, annual fees will be as follows: the primary Diners Club Card member 29,700 yen (currently 24,200 yen); family member 5,500 yen (unchanged); the primary Diners Club Premium Card member 165,000 yen (currently 143,000 yen); family member free (unchanged).
The affected cards are: Diners Club Card, Diners Club Premium Card, Diners Club Business Card, Diners Club Business Premium Card, JAL Diners Club Card, JAL Global Club JAL Diners Club Card, MileagePlus Diners Club Card, MileagePlus Diners Club First, Delta SkyMiles Diners Club Card, BMW Diners Card, BMW Premium Diners Card, Ginza Diners Club Card, Ginza Diners Club Card / Wako, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Diners Club Card, Rotary Diners Club Card, Kyogin (Kyoto Bank) Diners Card, Kyoto Chuo Shinkin Bank Diners Card, Lions Club Diners Club Card, Lions Club Diners Premium Card, and JTB Diners Card.
In addition, starting in April 2026, card benefits will be added and enhanced. For gourmet services, members will receive cashback at participating restaurants and one complimentary course fee for one person at eligible restaurants overseas. Concierge services will also be expanded, and new services will launch to support lifestyle, pets, healthcare, and business needs.
