Etihad Airways has launched new services to four cities in Africa and Asia.
Starting November 2, it operates three round trips per week to Tunis and six to Hanoi; starting November 3, four to Chiang Mai and five to Hong Kong.
The aircraft used are Boeing 787 for Hanoi and Hong Kong, and Airbus A321LR for Tunis and Chiang Mai.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Antonoaldo Neves commented, “Each destination adds its own character to our network – from the traditions of Tunis, the vibrancy of Hanoi, and the charm of Chiang Mai, to the global energy of Hong Kong. Together, these cities expand our customers’ choices while giving more people the opportunity to experience Abu Dhabi, one of the world’s most exciting cities. This year as well, Etihad Airways, which carries nearly half of the UAE’s air travel demand, will continue to focus on connecting more people, cultures, and opportunities through our hub in Abu Dhabi.”
