
The Ritz-Carlton Osaka Launches Christmas Promotion with Sparkling Symphony Theme
Shinagawa Prince Hotel will hold the 4th installment of its “Shin-Puri Gourmet Journey,” the “Aomori & Hakodate Fair,” at six restaurants within the hotel from December 1 to March 31, 2026.
At LUXE DINING HAPUNA, local specialties such as Ikameshi (rice-stuffed squid) and Yamakawa Farm milk soft-serve ice cream, as well as arranged dishes including mushroom terrine made with Nanae Town “Osama Shiitake,” roast Japanese beef with Gohho onion sauce, and baked brioche-wrapped Aomori salmon and duck will be served in buffet style. Prices start from 5,500 yen. At DINING & BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO, offerings include a three-sausage assortment from Hakodate Carl Raymon (2,800 yen), lamb brochettes Genghis Khan style (4,400 yen), and jasmine blancmange with sherbet and jelly made using Steuben grape juice from Aomori Prefecture (2,800 yen).
At Chinese Restaurant Shinagawa Daishinten, the menu will feature dishes such as seafood fried rice with salmon from Aomori Prefecture and salmon roe from Hokkaido (2,300 yen). At Ajikaido Gojusantsugi, offerings include grilled scallops with seaweed, enjoyed with kelp soy sauce (4,000 yen). At Coffee Lounge Mauna Kea, guests can savor a strawberry verrine topped with strawberry sauce made using “Hakodate Koi Ichigo” strawberries (1,000 yen). At Boulangerie Shinagawa, Hakodate Kombu Batard (520 yen), a bread kneaded with kelp from Hakodate, will be available for purchase.
