All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special handling for flight tickets, as stormy weather is expected due to a passing low-pressure system.
As of noon on December 11, special handling applies to flights to and from Sapporo/Chitose from December 11 to 12; Wakkanai, Okhotsk Monbetsu, Memanbetsu, Kushiro, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Hakodate, Aomori, Odate Noshiro, Akita, and Shonai from noon on December 11 to December 12; and Niigata on December 12. At these airports, there is a possibility of delays, cancellations, diversions to other airports, or returns to the departure airport.
For tickets on the affected flights, changes, rebooking, or refunds will be accepted without fees, regardless of whether the flight is delayed or canceled.
