Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will implement special handling for flight tickets, as flights are expected to be affected by adverse weather conditions.
As of 11:00 a.m. on December 12, special handling applies to flights to and from Asahikawa, Sapporo/Chitose, Sapporo/Okadama, and Aomori in Japan on the same day. Regardless of delays or cancellations, tickets for the affected flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded without any handling fees.
In addition, flight operations to and from Rishiri, Nemuro-Nakashibetsu, Okushiri, Misawa, Akita, and Niigata in Japan are also expected to be affected.
