Grand Hyatt Tokyo Offers Strawberry Semi-Buffet Dinner and Special Italian Course
The Westin Yokohama will introduce new menus at each of its on-site restaurants starting in January.
On the 3rd floor at Pacific Table, the “KANAGAWA LOVERS’ BUFFET” will be held from January 13 to March 31. The buffet will feature dishes using ingredients produced in Kanagawa Prefecture or inspired by Kanagawa, such as a sukiyaki-style Australian ribeye steak inspired by traditional gyunabe (beef hot pot), oven-roasted Kanagawa Yamayuri Pork seasoned with honey and pepper, house-special ramen, and Parmesan cheese pasta. Prices start from 6,950 yen for adults and from 3,475 yen for children aged 4 to 12.
On the 23rd floor at Iron Bay, a weekday-only “Smart Lunch Course” will be offered from January 14. There are three types: the Standard, consisting of two dishes (an appetizer or dessert and a main); the Executive, a three-course option where you can choose an appetizer, main, and dessert; and the Prestige, a six-course chef’s choice menu. Prices start from 4,000 yen.
On the 23rd floor at Code Bar, two new cocktails will be introduced: one highlighting mikan (Japanese mandarin orange), a symbol of winter, made with Earl Grey–infused gin, and another inspired by the winter scenery of Yamashita Park in Yokohama.
