As of noon on January 21, the applicable routes are those departing between January 21 and 25 that connect Kanto with Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Tottori, and Shimane, as well as routes connecting Kansai with Niigata and Shimane.
If you booked through Willer Travel, you can cancel from your My Page. If you booked through another travel agency, you need to contact that agency directly.
They also note that some routes have already been cancelled due to bad weather, and are urging passengers to check the service status on the website.
