Jetstar Japan has launched a through check-in service on its domestic routes in Japan.
Through check-in is now available only for same-day, same-booking connections between Jetstar Japan-operated flights at Tokyo Narita or Osaka Kansai, provided that the recommended minimum connection time is met.
Until now, passengers were required to check in again and re-check their baggage when making connections. At Tokyo Narita, passengers also had to leave the general area and undergo security screening again.
