Rakuten Group has introduced a voice analysis AI service into its consulting operations for accommodation facilities using its travel booking service “Rakuten Travel.”
The service introduced is “MiiTel,” a voice analysis AI service provided by RevComm, which can optimize all conversations conducted via telephone, web conferences, and in-person meetings.
By visualizing and streamlining communication between consultants and accommodation facilities, and reducing their workload, Rakuten aims to further improve the quality of its consulting operations and promote initiatives to maximize the sales of accommodation facilities. Furthermore, by improving consultants’ productivity, the company aims to provide more detailed and attentive support than ever before to an even greater number of accommodation facilities.
