Emirates Plans Limited Flights from Dubai to Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and South America
H.I.S. (HIS), a major Japanese travel agency, has updated its response in line with the situation in the Middle East.
For overseas package tours (Ciao, impresso) and overseas flight + hotel tours (organized package tours), trips destined for Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan, where Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued travel advisories at “Level 2” or “Level 3,” as well as trips transiting through Dubai, Doha, and Abu Dhabi, will have their departures canceled through March 16.
For customers who booked overseas air tickets, overseas air tickets + hotels (custom-arranged tours), or overseas hotels, responses will be based on the standard regulations of each airline, hotel, and local tour operator. If special measures are introduced due to the worsening situation, those bookings will be handled in accordance with each company’s special regulations.
Cancellations made before a formal decision to suspend operations, as well as cancellations of trips to other regions, will incur cancellation fees as stipulated in the standard terms and conditions.
