Candeo Hotels Chino, located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, has undergone a renovation.
In the guest rooms, the color scheme of the interior, headboards, furniture, and amenities has been revamped, and the decor has been changed to a yellow-based design. Renovation of only the guest room floors on the 5th and 6th floors will be completed on March 16.
On weekdays, the breakfast buffet will feature mainly Japanese dishes, while on weekends, local specialties from Nagano Prefecture will be added. These include “Oishidare Yakitori,” a local grilled chicken dish originating in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, as well as wasabi kelp, nozawana pickles, and vinegar made with Shine Muscat grapes produced in Nagano Prefecture. The layout and presentation of the buffet counters have also been renewed. In the men’s sky spa, a sauna stove and stones manufactured by Finland’s iki have been installed, allowing guests to enjoy self-infused löyly by pouring water on the stones themselves.
