
Japan to Operate Relief Charter Flight from Riyadh to Tokyo Narita on March 8
The Government of Japan will operate a charter flight from Muscat to Tokyo/Haneda on March 12.
The flight will depart Muscat, Oman, at 4:00 p.m. on the same day, refuel in Mumbai, India, and arrive at Tokyo/Haneda at 9:55 a.m. on the following day, March 13. All Nippon Airways (ANA) will operate the flight. The arrival terminal will be Terminal 2.
Up to now, Ethiopian Airlines has operated government-arranged charter flights from Muscat and Riyadh to Japan. Furthermore, it is expected that Ethiopian Airlines from Riyadh and Emirates from Dubai will operate additional government-arranged charter flights.
If the number of applicants exceeds the available seats, priority will be given to those who require special consideration, unaccompanied minors, and short-term travelers who do not have a residence or other base in the area. In addition, priority will be given to those who were unable to board the charter flight departing Dubai on the 10th.
