In the evening, guests can enjoy a complimentary welcome bar where they are free to mix their own alcoholic and soft drinks.
The hotel is operated by SUPER HOTEL VIETNAM, a wholly owned subsidiary. This is the second overseas location, and the property provides Japanese-quality service to guests visiting from Japan as well as from Europe, North America, and other parts of Asia.

Attendees included Ryosuke Yamamoto, Chairman of the Board of Super Hotel, Kensaku Yamamoto, President and CEO, Bui Khac Son, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam–Japan Friendship Association, and Takakazu Watanabe, Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam.
