
Tokyu Hotels & Resorts Joins Global Hotel Alliance and Launches New TOKYU HOTELS DISCOVERY Program
ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose in Japan is offering a strawberry-themed lunch from March 1 to 31.
The Sweets & Lunch Buffet is available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and features strawberry desserts such as a French-style shortcake made with dacquoise, mousseline cream, and strawberries; Rouge Mousse combining strawberry mousse and raspberry jelly accented with thyme; and Charlotte Fraise Mousse scented with kirsch. Savory dishes incorporating strawberries include strawberry caprese, herb-grilled pork with strawberries and balsamic sauce, and pizza with strawberries and Camembert cheese.
The Sweets & Lunch set is available only on weekdays and includes a main dish of your choice from three options—seafood cream doria, pasta carbonara, or cheese omelet roll sandwich & shrimp cutlet roll sandwich—along with a dessert plate featuring seven kinds of sweets, including strawberry shortcake and a mini parfait with strawberry mousse.
The venue is the all-day dining restaurant “Haskap The Garden” on the 1st floor of the Wing building. Serving hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Prices are 3,200 yen for adults, 1,600 yen for elementary school students, and 600 yen for preschool children aged 3 and over. The Sweets & Lunch set is 2,800 yen. All prices include tax and service charge.
